Sai Quanto is Italian for “you know how much”. It is a weekly observatory of asking prices in real estate listings, always measured the same way and compared with the OMI values of the Italian Revenue Agency. Where data is missing, there is a stated gap, not an estimate.

The weekly email is, for now, in Italian only; this English site is updated weekly.
There is no form to fill out: send an email and you're subscribed. The message goes straight to our inbox, without passing through any outside service.
